LUCKY JAR DONATIONS

We would like to ask students to create some Lucky Jars for the Carlsruhe Fair. Perhaps a rainy day activity for the school holidays?! The jars will be collected at school and then sold at the Carlsruhe Fair for a few dollars.

To create a Lucky Jar, simply recycle any empty jar from home, big or small. Make sure it is clean, dry and doesn't smell. Then fill it up with fun, inexpensive, non-perishable goodies - it's that easy! Most people will have a range of small toys or nic nacs that they don't use anymore which could fit neatly in a jar. Some suggestions are pencils, lego, ribbons, craft items, buttons, marbles, bubbles, balloons, footy cards, novelty erasers, mini toys, stickers, whistles, action figures, matchbox cars or anything else you can think of. You decide!

Each classroom will have it's own collection box so bring the jars along to class. Thank you for your support and have fun and be creative!!

Sponsorship

Thank you to those families and friends who have offered sponsorship for the fair! The lovely Meghan, Georgia and Rachel are still receiving sponsorship donations so if you or your business has anything to offer, or if you're not sure and would like to ask a question about sponsoring, please give them a call.  In return for your generosity, your business will be recognised in our fair marketing - including our social media, school newsletter and fair signage. We would be grateful for cash donations of any value (or primary sponsor $500+gst or entertainment sponsor for $150+gst) and other donation options are also available - silent auction prizes and vouchers needed, craft materials, etc.

Contact Rachel Sumpter (0400 635 404), Georgia Gross (0404 100 867) or Meghan Jeans (0497 818 119) from the fair committee for all the details.
