Thank you Wendy!

When Wendy Hayes wasn’t at our school helping Foundation students learn to read, she was furiously knitting beanies for them at home! But whilst she had all the beanies ready to keep their little ears warm this winter, school lockdown meant that she couldn’t give them out until we all came back to school... in Spring! Then came the chilly blast of La Nina and an opportunity arose to present the children with their gifts. Individually named, the beanies are sure to be treasured and admired. Thank you Wendy, for your kindness and generosity of spirit!
