I hope you are all staying safe and well during these difficult times.  I have included some tips to help lift your child's and perhaps your own self esteem as these times definitely put a big strain on all of us. Remember be kind to yourselves, do simple things each day like make your bed, go for a walk, listen to a podcast or music and spend some time doing something you enjoy, stick to a routine (as much as possible), i.e. getting up at the same time each morning.  Please reach out if we can be of any help.  Melissa.Moore2@education.vic.gov.au
