Edna-May: A true story about a little girl and a big virus

Everyone is tired of lockdowns – children in particular. We also know that some children are losing a sense of hope that it is never going to end. The Australian Childhood Foundation shares the true story of Edna-May who got sick during the Spanish Flu and is alive today to tell her story. You may like to share this true story about Edna-May with your family to show them that life will eventually return to some sort of normality.

You can find this story, along with more social stories about the coronavirus, on the Books section of our Wellbeing Hub - https://sites.google.com/marlboroughps.vic.edu.au/wellbeinghub/resources/books-and-more

During the last week of Term 3, AFL Victoria ran a Finals Footy Colours Week.

Finals Fever Footy Colours Week was an initiative for school students to dress their best in their AFL club colours whilst taking part in an online virtual AFL focused session delivered by AFL Victoria.

Our school participated. Students got a chance to dress up in their footy colours and participate in AFL fun sessions.

Here are some photos of the students who were on site at Marlborough PS on the Specialist day.
