Do you have a child aged 12 to 15 years?

They’re now eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination. You can book in for Pfizer now, or will soon be able to book in for Moderna. We strongly recommend parents make a booking at their GP or with their local pharmacy using the eligibility checker

Consent is required from a parent or guardian to make a booking, and also at the appointment.
