Music Performance Uniforms

Students in Secondary Music Ensembles who have not yet ordered a Music Performance Uniform must do so immediately, in order for stock to arrive prior to the first concert of the year. Please contact the Music Office or Uniform Shop with any queries.

Twilight Recital

The first solo performance opportunity of the year has arrived! Set in the relaxed atmosphere of the GBLT amongst family and friends, the Twilight Recital affords opportunities for students of any age to perform. This concert is open to all Primary and Secondary students, with application forms available from Music Tutors or from the Music Office, due by Wednesday 25 March. Rehearsals with Mr David Dockery, College Accompanist, can also be arranged through the Music Office.

The Twilight Recital runs from 5:00 – 6:00pm, with performers required to arrive at 4:30pm to set and tune up. We encourage all students to perform and look forward to a lovely night of musical entertainment!

Reminder: Assessment Policy

Please be reminded that students are required to give one week’s notice to Music Tutors or the Music Office in order to reschedule a lesson around assessments.

Student Achievement

Congratulations to Tomas Clifford (Year 11) for receiving an Award for Excellence from the Australian Musical Examinations Board. This certificate requires an achievement of above 95% in a performance examination – a fabulous achievement!

Thanks to our musicians that performed during Open Day
