Grade 4 Camp Balance

Payment for the balance of Year 4 Camp is open via Compass.

The balance is $190 and is due by the 24th April.

If we have recived CSEF for your child, this will have been put towards the Camp Balance and the outstanding amount will have been reduced.

Parents’ Association Membership Now Open

Parents’ Association members co-ordinate and organise many great social and community events for WHPS.  The recent Welcome BBQ evening was one of the many successful functions they organise for the whole school community.

Any parents, carers or guardians of children currently enrolled at Wheelers Hill Primary School can become members.

The membership fee for 2019 is $5.00 (non-refundable) per each individual member, and is valid from 1st March 2019 – February 28th 2020.

Fees are paid via Compass in the Course Confirmaiton/Payments, and are used to support the annual Parents’ Association subscription and administration costs.

Financial Members are entitled to:

• vote at meetings
• vote in elections
• nominate for election to the Committee

Members also assist with many social and fundraising functions throughout the year:

• School disco
• Outdoor Movie Night
• School Banking (Weekly)
• Scholastic Books (Monthly)
• Fun Food Days
• Art Show / musical production
• Working Bees
• Mother’s Day Stall (May)
• Father’s Day Stall (Sep)
• Bunnings BBQ
• Fundraising activities

Stationary Donations

In the foyer, we have boxes for donation of unwanted pencils, scissors and textas. The boxes will remain until the end of term and items donated to a charity that support students in need.
