Committee Meeting

Our next Committee Meeting will be on Wednesday 1 May 2019 at the school staff room at 7.30pm.  New faces are more than welcome so please come along.  We still have some vacant positions on the 2019 committee.  Can you help?

Parents’ Association Membership 

A membership form to join the Parents’ Association has been sent out via Compass.  The membership fee is $5.00 per person.  We would appreciate all parents, guardians and carers to become members of the Parents’ Association as the membership fees are used to fund the Parents’ Association.  Last year funds from the membership fees were used to purchase a new BBQ and cover the costs of events such as the Welcome Picnic and the Parent Morning Teas.

Financial members are also entitled to vote at meetings and in elections and nominate for election to the Committee.

Please take the time to complete the membership form and pay the $5.00 membership fee via Compass.

If you have started the membership process, but haven’t yet completed it or paid, please do so.  If you have any difficulties contact the office.

Year Level Representatives

We have suggested Year Level Representatives for each year level, but if you would like to help and share the role that would be great!  Our Year Level Representatives arrange get togethers for parents during the year such as a dinner out or catch up at the park on the last day of term.  If you would be interested in being a Year Level Representative we would love to hear from you so send us an email at parents.association.whps@gmail.com.

Rush HQ

We didn’t have a great turn out at our Rush HQ Fundraiser on Thursday 28 March, but a great time was had by all of those who did attend.

Easter Raffle

Congratulations to the winers of our Easter Raffle!!! Also a big thank you to all thoses you donated easter treats and bought raffle tickets.  We reaised over $1000!!

Subway Day

We had a successful Subway Day and raised $390.  Thanks to Wei & our wonderful office staff!!

Second Hand Uniform Shop

We had a successful Uniform shop on Wednesday 3 April 2019 and raised $265.  Don’t forget to drop off uniform donations (freshly washed) to the bins outside the office.

TERM 2

Mothers’ Day Shop - MUMS NO PEEKING!!

Students’ have taken home Orders form for the Mothers’ Day Shop this year.  Orders need to be returned by 24th April 2019 and students need to bring their money and collect and pay for their purchases on 9th May 2019.
