Message from the Principal

St Anthony’s Parish and St Anthony’s School hold the care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people as central and fundamental responsibilities of the Church.

St Anthony’s is fully compliant with all policies in relation to Child Safety. These documents ensure compliance with the Victorian Government Child Safety Standards which took effect on 1 January 2017 and reflect our Parish's ongoing commitment to ensuring that all children are safe, happy and empowered.

Hello Families and Friends of St Anthony's,

What an amazing term we've had! I thank all staff, students and parents for all their work and support during Term Three.

Some of the highlights from the term include our Father's Day breakfast, St Anthony's Athletics Carnival, our Social Justice Team working to raise funds for our breakfast club, seeing students flourish socially and achieve success in their learning and ending the term with a fun Footy Colours Day.

With my team Richmond taking a break this September I am having troubles deciding between the Swans for Fr Brian or Collingwood for my mum, Mr Gow and Eileen.

School Review

During Term Four we will commence our School Review. Staff have taken time over Term Three completing reflections and evaluations in order to celebrate our success and to determine where we are at as a school and school community. Parents and students will have the opportunity throughout next term to share their thoughts with our reviewer.

Once our review is complete the school reviewer will assist us to determine where to next as a school in order to continue building and achieving great things here at St Anthony's.

Administration Building Update

The builders are making great progress on the administration refurbishment. The internal framing is complete, insultation is going into the walls and plaster is being added. Additional work to replace the roof has commenced and this will mean no more leaks into the front office.
