SCHOOL JACKETS & HATS 

With the cooler weather approaching (or already here!), the school office are taking orders for the winter jacket (elastic waisted bomber style).  We require a minimum of 10 orders before placing our school order with our supplier.  These jackets are very warm and at a cost of $36 they are great value.   There are also school caps available at the office for $14.

PAYMENT METHODS AT GUYRA CENTRAL SCHOOL

Guyra Central School can accept the following forms of payment:

• cash
• cheque
• EFTPOS - in person or over the phone
• POP payments through our website https://guyra-c.schools.nsw.gov.au/ then click on the    "Make a Payment" tab

You can pre-pay for any activity that incurs a fee, this would be receipted as a fee in advance and available to use for activities as they arise e.g. major excursions

Transition to Kindergarten Program

Transition to Kindergarten at Guyra Central School will be held on Fridays throughout Term 3 and for the first 5 Fridays of Term 4.

First day of transition:  Friday 26th July

Last day for transition: Friday 15th November, 2019

Parents/Carers of children that are 5 or turning 5 years old before 31st July 2020, are encouraged to contact Guyra Central School on 6779 0844 to secure a position in the Transition to Kindergarten Program. 

In accordance with the Department of Education Duty of  Care Policy, teacher supervision of students commences at 8.30am until the end of the school day. In the interests of child safety, no student is allowed at school before 8:30, as supervision is not provided.

If care for your child is required before 8:30 am, before and after school care is offered by the Guyra Preschool and by some Family Day Care providers in Guyra.
