Dear Parents,

 

I have been fortunate to have been working with Year 4 K using the Peaceful Classrooms Program which outlines the benefits of mindfulness, strategies to develop mindfulness to help us to focus and how our brain works.

 

The children have been amazing in sharing their ideas and have started putting mindfulness into practice.
