Arts and Technology Showcase
On the evening of Wednesday 22 November Scoresby Secondary College once again held our annual Arts and Technology Showcase, celebrating the creative endeavours of our students along with students from partner primary schools of Mountain Gate Primary School, Knox Park Primary School, Scoresby Primary School and Knox Gardens Primary School.
It was a wonderful evening full of student musical performances from our Year 9 and Year 10 bands, student choir and solo performers such as Bridget Caesar who wowed us with her original song of “Still 18”. Students from all years up to VCE proudly had original pieces of artwork on display that had been made during their Arts and Technology classes.
We would also like to acknowledge and give a very special thank you to our sponsors for the evening Knox Rotary Club, club member Darren Hill giving our welcoming speech and presenting awards to students, and also Officeworks Ferntree Gully, Deans Art and Zart Art for their contributions to student prizes.

It was truly incredible to see the amount of talent the students of Scoresby Secondary College possess! The quality of their work is a reflection of their efforts and dedication they apply to all their Arts and Technology subjects, and also very importantly a credit to the hard work our inspiring teachers put in to provide engaging and stimulating Arts and Technology curriculum.
Looking forward to seeing what we can present next year is 2018!
