Mission & Goals

The overall purpose of the Business Directory is to, provide opportunities for current student mentoring, work experience, employment & placement prospects via the School Community, who have their own business or work as an employee as a service provider.  On the flip side, it also provides networking opportunities and cross-referral for everyone involved in the Oakleigh Grammar Business Directory.

Since its original conception in 2017, the directory is currently undergoing an update, to make the website more interactive, include more categories of business and services.  In addition, there will be a professional development/networking meetings each term, starting in term 2.

2019 Business Breakfast

It is safe to say that 2019 was our biggest and most successful Business Breakfast since the event's conception in 2017. 

We had a record-breaking 190 people attend our packed out Conference Centre, with a whopping 10 major sponsors jumping on board to pledge their support to Oakleigh Grammar.

Added to this we had a high calibre of guest speakers in both Nicky Long, CEO of Maddie Riewoldt's Vision, and Claude Lombard, OAM and Managing Director of Lombard the Paper People. Both presenter spoke openly and candidly about their business and personal experience thus far, that has attributed to there success and driving inspirations. We were greatly honoured to have them both on board for the event.

Finally a big thank you to all our sponsors! Con and Sardellis Catering Concepts did an exceptional job putting on our delicious food spread. While Lazogas Real Estate and Delphi Bank also were an exceptional help in being our Platinum sponsors for the morning. We are genuinely grateful for the support we have in our local business here at Oakleigh.
