Parent Payments 2018

A discount of $30.00 per student will apply to all parent payments paid in full on or before 28 February 2018.    The discount will not apply if only the locker/service fees are paid.

Year 7

Years 8, 9, 10

Year 11 and 12

Discounted Payment by 28 Feb 2018- $430

School Photo Payments DUE TODAY

Please note that all school photo payments need to be made Friday 23 February.

Please note: Payments made after Friday 23 February, will incur a $14.95 late fee as these orders will be posted directly to your home.

Victorian Government Funding - CSEF 

Victorian Government Funding

Funding is available for camps, sports and excursions, to ensure all eligible students are able to participate in school trips and sporting activities.  Families holding a valid means-tested concession card are eligible to apply.  A special consideration category will also exist.

The annual amount per secondary school student is $225.

Eligibility Date

For concession card holders CSEF eligibility will be subject to the parent/legal guardian’s concession card being successfully validated with Centrelink on the first day of either Term 1 (31 January, 2018) or Term 2 (16 April, 2018).

Closing Date

Sign and date the form and return it to the school office as soon as possible. The CSEF program for 2018 closes on 29 June, 2018. CSEF payments cannot be claimed retrospectively for prior years.

Approving Absences on COMPASS

Student absences should be entered on COMPASS by parents/guardians OR by calling the School Absence Line on 9735 5644 before 9.30 am.

The Sub School Offices should be contacted if it is expected that your child will be away for more than two days.

Parents and Guardians who may have forgotten their Compass username and password, can contact the relevant Sub School Office for assistance.
