Staffing for 2020 is currently proposed as the following, however is subject to change at any time:

Not returning next year is Steve Coughlan, who is taking an exciting opportunity in a country school, Sophie Carnelli, who has a new job at Mansfield PS where she will be moving and Dee Serres and Michelle Robinson who will both be going on Family Leave. Returning after a long Family Leave period is Narelle Anderson and, after a short Family Leave, Rebecca Kennedy. We welcome Jessica Powrie and there is still one appointment to be made.

Parent Requests

Parents are invited to make requests for class placements for 2020. PLEASE REMEMBER - Parent  requests for class placement for next year need to be related directly to the learning needs of their child and are not to be based on 'being with friends'. Parents are invited to send me an email or make a time to see me no later than Friday 29 November. 

2020 Non-returning Families

Any families that will not be returning to Jells Park PS next year are asked to advise the school via email to jells.park.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au ASAP. Knowing our numbers allows us to complete staffing arrangements, as well as respond appropriately to requests for enrolments from new families. We are a popular school and knowing where we have space is really important.

JPPC Movie Night

The Jells Park Parents Committee will be hosting a twilight movie night on the school grounds on Friday 15 November. This is a FREE event to the school community (past and present) in recognition of all the fantastic support we have received over the last 40 years. Families are invited to bring their picnics and chairs - we will have some snack foods, ice cream and coffee available for purchase. We hope to see you tonight.

40th Anniversary Whole School Photo

We will be having a whole school photo on the morning of Thursday 28 November. Please put that date in your diary and make every effort to have your child at school that day to be in this commemorative photo.
