CAROLS IN THE PARK!

Chloe and Grace James, along with Michael Birkett performed with The City of Glen Eira Band at 'Carols in the Park' on Saturday 14 December at Hodgson Reserve in Bentleigh. The show was hosted by Anthony Callea!

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Congratulations to Angus Apps and James Kay of Year 8 who have recently been selected in the Under 14/15 Victorian Beach Volleyball team.

The National Championships will be held in Coolangatta from 14 - 18 March and we wish both boys a successful tournament.

YAEL GREENBERG WINS AMEB COMPETITION

The AMEB (Australian Music Examination Board) held a national competition late last year with the topic being 'why do you love playing the trumpet.' The options were to either enter a 30 second video, write 25 words, or provide a picture about why you love to play the trumpet.

Yael Greenberg (Year 9) created a 30 second video and entered it into the competition, later to find out that she had won. There were over 300 entrants in the competition. The prize that Yael has won is a YTR8335II Xeno trumpet from Yamaha, valued at $3,499! She collected the trumpet on Tuesday and met the CEO of AMEB, Bernard Depasquale.
