A message from Sarah
Hi everyone, I have been working from home this week.
It feels very strange and I miss seeing all the students very much.
While my family and I engage in distance learning we are remembering
to be easy on ourselves. Wishing everyone good health and happiness.
- Sarah Maloney, SOI Learning Support Officer
It has been fantastic to see so many of the SOI students accessing the Health distance learning Google site. I hope that you are finding time to stay healthy throughout this time. It is vital for your overall health and wellbeing that you are setting up a healthy work space, free from distractions (phones/social media), organising yourselves, and taking the time to relax. Sometimes, knowing when to switch on and off can be a real challenge, so it is important that you are organising your day in a way that works for you and makes you feel good. Don't forget you are able to send through emails if you are finding any health related content challenging and I will do my utmost to point you in the right direction.

150 grammi di zucchero extra fine
60 grammi di cocco essiccato
115 grammi di melassa

Late in 2019 we had the Carly Ryan Foundation present to Year 7 students and parents. The resources created by the organisation are valuable and beneficial to regularly revisit - their aim is for all young people to have a positive online experience.
