Performing Arts

With Term 1 almost over it is time to start working on the production for 2019 "Alice Through The Alphabet”.

In order to prepare students for the hard work ahead I have been building their skills in Script Reading and Character building through Improvisation.  This has resulted in some very funny small scenes created by the students!

Our Foundation students have been exploring the puppets and learning how to communicate using different voices.  They have loved using the puppets to explore characters.

Stay tuned for the next entry in the Newsletter, as by then the students would have completed their auditions and the cast lists will be announced. 

All senior school students and lead roles in levels 3 & 4 will be given their scripts at the end of Term so they can learn their lines over the school holidays.
