KINGSTON DIVISION SWIMMING 

CHPS had three students representing the school at the Kingston Division Swimming Carnival on Wednesday 13th March.  The students competed extremely hard and should be very proud of their efforts on the day.  Well done to Jake R, Koby B and Andy R.  Congratulations to Jake R for qualifying to compete at the Southern Metropolitan Region in 50m Freestyle and 50m Butterfly. 

The results from the day were:

Andy R – 9/10 yr. 50m Freestyle 8th

Jake R – 12/13 yr. 50m Freestyle 1st, 50m Butterfly 1st

Koby B – 12/13 yr. 50m Backstroke 3rd

TASMANIA STATE SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP

During the long weekend, Jake R competed at the Tasmania State Swimming Championship which is an unbelievable accomplishment in itself.  The results below speak for themselves that Jake is an exceptional swimmer and competitor.

ST.KILDA FOOTBALL CLUB VISIT TO CHPS

On Tuesday, 12th March we had a visit from the St. Kilda Football Club.  David Armitage and Ben Patron came to CHPS and had a chat to the Grade 5 and 6 students as well as ran some footy skills with the kids.  Go the Saints!

LITTLE ATHLETICS

Will H recently competed at both the Little Athletics Regional and State Championships. A great accomplishment Will, CHPS is proud of you! 3rd in the State, way to go!
