Ride2School Day

On Friday  13th  March, Corpus Christi School will be taking part in the “Freaky Friday National Ride2School Day.”

Students and their parents can meet at Hansen Reserve, the opposite side of the car park, along Glamis Road. From there we will all ride, scooter or walk to school together. 

Students are invited to decorate their bike if they wish. Upon reaching school, students who have participated will receive a sticker. We would love to see as many families involved as we can.

Tennis & Auskick Clinics

Last week saw the launch of our lunchtime Auskick (run by AFL Inner West) clinics yet the weather put a stop to one sessions so catch-ups will be arranged.

This week also saw the commencement of our tennis clinic run by Kingsville Tennis Club. This program funded by  Sporting Schools' Community Grants will run each Tuesday & Thursday for the next few weeks as part of our Physical Education Program.

We are very fortunate to have these  programs  embedded in our PE program. Each year Mrs Brittney Wohling submits a number of applications to Sporting Schools for funded programs  to provide a diverse range of sporting opportunities for our children to experience.
