Exam preparation

The Year 9-10 exams are fast approaching. They will be conducted during Week 8 and Week 9. Students will be preparing and starting their revision in classes over the next few weeks. It is essential that they understand exactly what content will be covered and make sure they catch up on any outstanding work or information they may have missed. They also need to be looking after their health and wellbeing and make sure to take brain breaks while studying and getting enough sleep.

Students can access the exam timetable via Compass and there will be a copy of it on the noticeboard in front of the Middle Sub School Office.

IMPORTANT: No materials will be provided to students during the exam period. Students must come prepared with all the required materials including pens, pencils, erasers, calculators and any other necessary items for the specific subjects.

Morrisby Interviews

Morrisby interviews scheduled for next week are postponed to a date to be advised.

Uniform

Just a quick reminder with the cold weather setting in that our uniform expectations still remain high. Casual jumpers and hoodies are not part of the College uniform and therefore, are not to be worn at school. Remember also, that socks must be plain white, grey or black and not display any logos. Wellbeing support is continuing to be offered to students who may be having difficulties in obtaining the uniform. Please talk to the Middle School Student Management Team if you need support with uniform.

Mobile phones policy

A quick reminder that students need to have their mobile phones placed into their lockers. This is a State Government law. If parents need to communicate with their child, they need to contact the Administration Office and they will get messages to the correct sub schools.
