Cross Country

Just prior to lockdown, a number of students competed in the Mullum Division Cross Country.  Auburn was represented by over sixty students and was the largest team in the Mullum Division!  All of the Auburn students competed admirably and represented the school in a very positive way, both during their events and between their events.

The top fifteen runners from each age group qualify for the Region Cross Country on July 22.  Congratulations to everyone who participated and also to those students who have qualified for the Region event.

In the week prior to lockdown, our VCE girls’ netball teams competed in the Mullum Division competition. Two Auburn teams competed, and despite mixed results, both teams had a great time. 

All the girls played in great spirit and were wonderful representatives for our school.  It was great to see the senior girls excited in the lead up to the day, spending many lunchtimes training in the gym in preparation for the big day.  Well done girls – awesome effort!
