Orange Metal Fabrication Information Session

Due to the fact that students are unable to go on tours of local industries our local RIEP representative has organised a Zoom meeting with four Orange employers from the Metal Fabrication Industry – eg. Whittaker Contracting and PJL Group.

Each employer or apprentice will have 5-7 mins each and will address the following questions:

  • What does your business do?
  • How did you get your start in the industry?
  • What do you look for when employing people?
  • Do you take students for work experience?
  • When and how do you advertise for your apprentices?

There will be plenty of opportunities for students to ask questions.

Date: Tuesday 18th August

Time: 1:00 – 1:40pm

If you are interested let Mrs Jones know and I will share with you the zoom link.
