From the Team Foundation Classrooms

In Foundation we have continued to investigate animals great and small, incorporating what we have learned into literacy and maths. This week Foundation students participated in an online workshop put together by Port Phillip Eco Centre. Students explored the miniature world of insects and bugs. We had a number of real life common crawly critters for students to closely observe under a magnifying glass. 

Some of our students are so inspired they are using their Wild Explorer skills to "Look up, Look down and all around" during break times. Lots of BPPS bugs have been spotted and observed in the playground.

Our Foundation Wildlife Explorers are certainly becoming knowledgeable about a range of different animals both great and small, continue to check in with them to see what interesting facts they have learned this week!
