YEAR 3 CAMP OUTING - ADANAC CYC

On the last Wednesday of term, the Year 3 students were very fortunate to get to spend the day at ADANAC Christian Camp site. We spent the day enjoying glorious weather while we did some amazing activities.

Going down the waterslide was scary but so much fun, even though the water was super cold. The cage soccer was good too. I beat TWO boys! - Eva

The cage soccer was awesome, even if the girls beat the boys. (I didn’t even know girls liked soccer!) - Jason

 I loved doing front flips on the trampoline. I felt like I was flying. I enjoyed playing disc golf too. Mr Grant really made us laugh when he said “fribsee”! - Junru

We really enjoyed the Flying Fox, especially when we went over the water. It was very cool! - Reeti

We really want to say a huge “THANK YOU!” to the teachers who went with us to ADANAC and made the day possible and fun.

ROLLER SKATING FUN

It was wonderful to take the Year 7 and 8 students roller skating on Wednesday morning. There were some great skaters in the students but also in the staff from Mrs Heading, Mr Gibbs, Ms Whittaker and Ms Ko. Great to have some fun at the end of a challenging year.

PREP BEDTIME STORIES 

On Friday 13th November, the Prep children stayed at school until 6pm! We had a wonderful afternoon, enjoying stories and other fun activities.

There were stories with Mr Grant (and Monty Mouse!) Mrs Hughes, Mrs Jones and Miss Nheu. We also enjoyed a play in our classroom, had afternoon tea together, made bookmarks, visited the library and had a tour of the Year 1, 2, 3 and 4 classrooms. We were tired when we went home for dinner at 6pm but we sure had a lot of fun!

PREP EXCURSION

On Friday 4th December the Preps enjoyed a lovely day out at Rickett’s Point keeping cool with a splash in the sea.

GUMBUYA WORLD FUN

Year 7 & 8 Students enjoyed letting their hair down at the end of term with a day out at Gumbuya World.

LUNA PARK

On the final day of term for 2020, students across the Secondary School celebrated the end of the year with an exciting day out at Luna Park. St Andrews staff had so much fun together to finish this term off with our wonderful students!
