Greater Western Regional Basketball

Well done to two teams who played in the Greater Western Regional basketball championships at Bluewater. Both teams did very well against some very tough competition. Congratulations to the boys team who were Runners-up on the day. A big thank you to Troy Parker and Nicole Mitchell for coaching the teams and to Kynan Parker for organising the referees on the day, they were fantastic. Thanks also to the parents who supported the day and helped with the scoring.

Year 6 Swimming Program

The Year 6 swimming program will commence on Monday 28th November until Friday 2nd December at Bluewater. Lesson times will be as follows:

12.00 noon – 12.30 pm - 6KT

12.30 pm – 1.00 pm – 6LG

T-20 Cricket

Congratulations to the children who competed in the Colac Division T-20 Cricket competition last Friday at the Colac Central Reserve. The children played some fantastic cricket and displayed great sportsmanship. Two of our teams were the overall winners on the day; one boy’s team and one girl’s team. These two teams will now progress to the Greater Western Region T-20 Cricket Championships (date to be announced). A big thank you to Dylan Slater for helping with the organisation of the day and to the Trinity students who helped with umpiring on the day.

Regional Golf Tournament

Good luck to Taj Shaw, Charlie Gardiner, Seb Cooknell, Archie Martin and Finley Geary who have qualified to compete in the SSV Primary Schools Golf Tournament this Thursday at the Curlewis Golf Club. We hope these students have a fantastic day and improve on their golfing skills.

Foundation to 4 Activity Day

On Friday 18th November our students from Foundation to Year 4 will participate in the Activity Day. This consists of the different year levels travelling to the following schools to participate in a variety of fun games. It will begin at 9.30 am and finish at 11.30 am. 

The schools hosting each year level are:

Foundaton - Colac West PS

Year 1 - Elliminyt PS

Year 2 - St Mary's PS

Year 3 - Colac South West PS

Year 4 - Sacred Heart PS

More information will be sent out closer to the date.
