SWIMMING SPORTS
What a wonderful day the house swimming carnival was, a few weeks ago, with perfect weather consisting of just a little bit of sunshine with some cloud coverage.
It was fantastic to see the year 3 students involved in the carnival for the first time, with the majority of students competing in novelty races. There were some clear standouts on the day. One student who excelled was Allegra Di Domenico, who is a new student in year 4 and swims like a fish!
Well done to all students who competed in 50m races, 25m races, relays and novelty races.
A big thanks to all of the classroom teachers, specialists and support staff for their ongoing support leading up to the carnival and for their enthusiasm during the carnival. The day wouldn’t have been successful without your help and support.
Thanks also to the parents for supporting your children at the carnival. The swim team is displayed on the sport noticeboard and training has already commenced.
