Volunteers Morning Tea

Almost two hundred letters of appreciation were sent out to our wonderful volunteers. Families have helped our students by working in the canteen and uniform shop, digging up gardens and weeding at working bees, transporting children for sport, debating, performances and many more activities. By volunteering around the school, parents show their children how much they support and value the education provided by Killara High School.

Our wonderful hospitality students catered for this event and provided barista coffees, supervised by Ms MacKenzie. Our school captains, Mischa and Fillip gave an excellent speech of appreciation and Mr Chand presented all the parents who attended with a certificate of thanks. There was such a buzz of chatter at the morning tea.
