Parents & Friends Club

Welcome back to all EHPS families.

 

PFC (Parents & Friends Club) aims to bring the school community and outside community together, through organising fun activities for the children, while raising funds for the school. The PFC is a social group and a great way to meet other families that are in our school community. 

 

Events at the school are often run by volunteer parents and families.  Without the help of these volunteers from our school community, our school and it's strong family centred culture wouldn’t be what it is today.  Being involved can support your child’s learning and enrich their experience at school.

 

Please come along and join our first meeting (next Wednesday, 8 February, at 7pm in the Staff Room at school) to hear what WE do and how YOU may be able to lend your support to the PFC. You don’t have to attend every meeting, but you are welcome to help organise and support the fundraising events on the day and become a member of our informal Parents and Friends group. If there is an upcoming event that you wish to help on specifically, please reach out to us via email pfc.ehps@gmail.com, and we can let you know which PFC meeting would be appropriate to attend. 

Term 1 PFC Events

  1. PFC meeting – Wednesday 8 February @ 7pm in the Staff Room.
  2. Welcome Event – Food Trucks, Disco & more - Friday 24 February.
  3. PFC meeting/AGM – Wednesday 22 March.
  4. National Ride2School Day on Friday 24 March - the PFC will be handing out fruit to students arriving at the Bike Shed. 
  5. Secondhand Uniform Sale - Friday 17 February (see below).

Secondhand Uniform Sale

The Term 1 Secondhand Uniform Sale will be on Friday 17 February from 3pm to 3.45pm at the Stadium.

Donations of good quality, clean, current EHPS logo uniform items can be made at anytime. Thanks to everyone who has already donated uniform they no longer require this year. All donated items raise funds for our school. Please remove your child's name before bringing items in so we don't return them to you in the sorting process! Deliver donations to the School Office during school hours - 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays during school terms.  

Ritchies IGA Loyalty Program 

Our school receives a monthly contribution from the Ritchies Community Benefit Program that is a percentage of the monthly total spend by those supporting EHPS through their shopping at a local Ritchies store and swiping their Ritchies card or app at the checkout.
