REMINDERS:

• All fee accounts are now due to be settled.  Thank you to the many families who have finalised their account.  If you still have an outstanding balance and have not made arrangements with Simon Collis, please submit payment as soon as possible. 

· Rolls are marked from 8:45-9am.  If your child arrives after 9am please sign them in at the office.  Please use the Skoolbag app to advise any absence or late arrival.  Our attendance system will send an automated SMS to parents if we haven't received explanation by 9:30am. Your child's teacher may be absent, so if you email them directly, please also CC the office email - admin@shsandringham.catholic.edu.au 

You can also leave a phone message.

· If you have something to drop in at the office for your child, please ensure it is labelled clearly with their name and class.  It will be passed on at the next break time.  We do not interrupt class time. 

· Payments for the P&F (i.e. for functions or uniform shop) must be kept separate from school payments.  Please ensure P&F items are addressed separately in envelopes to school items and are clearly labelled; this will help with passing on to relevant people.  The P&F have a separate bank account—please do not use the school bank account for their payments.  Most P&F functions/events can be paid for on CDFpay, same as the uniform shop.

· Remember, if unsure of anything at all in relation to administration matters at school, don't hesitate to ring the office and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

· The office is open between 8:30am and 3:45pm Monday –Friday.
