Dear Parents,
We had the most beautiful celebration at Presentation Day on Tuesday at the BMEC. It was wonderful for our entire school community to be able to come together to celebrate the school year. It was also great to have the event live streamed, with over 514 views. How lovely that family friends from anywhere can join the celebration. Congratulations to all of our children on a fantastic year. A special congratulations to the children who won awards on Tuesday, a very special honour.

On Tuesday at Presentation Day, our 2023 Leadership Team was announced. Congratulations to all of the children on the elections. Our leadership team for 2023 consists of;

Swimming recommenced on Wednesday. I have been visiting our swimming groups this week to look at the progress of our children. It is incredible how the confidence of our children grows over the 10 days. They are all enjoying their time in the water and learning new skills. The rest of our swimming program is on the following days;

- Monday 12th December
- Tuesday 13th December
Semester 2 Reports will be sent home with children tomorrow, Friday 9th December. Thank you to the teachers who have spent many hours writing these reports. I was very pleased with the progress of every child when reading their reports. If parents would like to discuss the report with their child's classroom teacher, please contact the office so an appointment can be facilitated.
This Friday, 9th December will be the final canteen day for 2022. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs Chaffey and all of our volunteers for their sensational work every Friday. We look forward to our canteen reopening every Friday in 2023 and welcoming our many volunteers back.
