2023 Instrumental Music Lessons

INSTRUMENTAL PROGRAM 2023

In 2023, the school will continue to provide students an opportunity to learn a musical instrument through private tuition during school hours. This is a self-funded program.

Great Ryrie Primary School has qualified Instrumental Music Teachers, who are able to teach a variety of instruments including:

  • Violin
  • Cello
  • Saxophone
  • Clarinet
  • Flute
  • Keyboard
  • Piano
  • Drums/Percussion
  • Guitar
  • Trumpet
  • Trombone
  • Euphonium
  • Voice/Singing

Places in the program are limited and all students who intend to learn an instrument in 2023 must complete a new ‘2023 Expression of Interest’form (including all students who are currently learning an instrument in 2022).

‘2023 Expression of Interest’ forms will be available on Compass or from the General Office. Due to the high demand for places in our program, it is important to promptly return the forms to the office, or email them directly to Peta.Murray@education.vic.gov.au

to secure a place in the 2023 program. Forms will be dated and timed as they are received and places will be offered in the order that forms are received.

Return of Hired Instruments

Students who have hired an instrument from Great Ryrie this year, will need to return the instrument to Mrs Murray, in order to have the bond returned, prior to Friday 16th December. If you intend to keep the instrument over the holiday period, please contact Mrs Murray ASAP, to make arrangements.
