School Fees
2023 Fee statements will be sent out to families via email by the end of week 4.
Reminder: It is not too late to apply for a concession if you have forgotten to do so (Pension and Health Care Card Holders)
2023 Concession Applications were sent home recently to those families who received this benefit in 2022. Please complete them and return to the office as soon as possible. Please attach a copy of your Pension/Healthcare Card.
To be eligible for 2023 you need to have a valid card as at the 27/1/2023 - if you have not received an application for this year, please see the office to obtain a 2023 Concession Application.
PAM/SIMON EVERYWAY APP
During January, PAM/Simon Everyway had an upgrade. This has resulted in all PAM accounts to be reset and the Simon Everywhere APP to not function correctly.
To resolve the issue please follow these steps:
- In your web browser type https://pam.stacbourne.catholic.edu.au
2. Click on the 'Forgot Password?' link and follow the prompts.
3. Check your emails including SPAM/Junk folder for a reset email link.
4. Reset your email and you should be able to login into PAM via the browser
To fix SIMON Everywhere APP
- In Simon Everywhere APP click on Tools Arrow
2. Select/Click on Logout button
3. In Tools click on Add School.
4. Type St Agatha's Primary School
5. Re-enter your username and password.
If the above 2 steps do not work please contact the school office.
Canteen News
We welcome Carolyn Hamblin as our Canteen Manager.
Canteen will operate on Wednesdays and Fridays commencing 8 February. Lunch orders will transition to CDFPAY (cashless ordering) but more information will follow once the system is up and running.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with canteen. If you have a Working With Children's Check and can attend one of the following Volunteer Induction Seminars please email enrolments@stacbourne.catholic.edu.au to book your spot.
The Volunteers Induction Seminars are:

Thursday 9 February 9.30am and 4pm
