Year 10 Café Cuisine – Tulliah Goldsworthy

Café Cuisine is a year 10 subject where the students run a Café for the Staff.

Café Cuisine is a great subject because it gives students an opportunity to experience what a café is like in the real world.

The students also achieve their Food Handlers and Barista certificates which can open pathways for hospitality jobs.

From a staff perspective it is most enjoyable and we all certainly look forward to Cafe Cuisine Days, where the coffee and tasty baked treats are delicious.
