Parent Teacher Interviews

We are looking forward to meeting with parents and students on Parent-Student-Teacher Interview Day on Tuesday March 22nd.  The day is structured to create the most opportunity possible for parents to attend.  Students will be working from home on the day and coming with you to their interviews, creating three sessions for the interviews:

1:00 pm – 3:00pm

3:30 pm – 6:00 pm

6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Bookings for interviews are made electronically through Parent Teacher Online (PTO). 

PTO will be open for bookings once the interim reports are available on Tuesday March 15 at 9:00am.  It will remain open until the day of the interviews, although we do suggest you make your interviews earlier rather than later.  As you are making bookings please leave yourself travel time if you are required to move between buildings. 

This year we are providing the interim reports to families electronically through Daymap.  Information regarding accessing the interim reports and booking interviews was sent home with your child last week.  If you did not receive this information please read the two attachments on this page for the details.
