Mid-year Exam Period

Mid-year Exam Period (Years 9-12)

Wednesday 5th June marks the beginning of exam week for students in Years 9-11. There will be no normal timetabled classes scheduled during this period to allow students to focus on studying for their exams. VCAL students will attend classes as usual.

Year 9 students who are unable to arrive late or leave early during the exam period will be expected to report to a supervised classroom. An alternative program will run for Year 9 students on Thursday 13th June.

Unit 3 and 4 classes will run as normal during exam week and Year 11 students completing a Unit 3 study are to attend their Unit 3 classes during this period and complete the exam they miss during their scheduled exam catchup session (as per the exam timetable)

The GAT (10am-1:15pm) on the 12th of June marks the beginning of formal external exams for students completing a Unit 3 and 4 study. No formal Unit 3 and 4 classes will be scheduled during the morning of the GAT but normal classes will resume in the afternoon.
