Another Successful Sausage Sizzle

Thank you to our fantastic volunteers who made the bbq at the recent Elections fun.  Many community members came and commended the fact that we were volunteering for our College. We thanked everybody who purchased a sausage from us for supporting our College. We also had some good laughs and a great banter amongst parents. Every one of our volunteers gave extra time as we were caught short. Thank you so very much to the family members who were available on the day. I know many other families would have helped out if they didn’t have sporting commitments, work commitments etc.

Thanks Nicole for volunteering David Johns, thank you Michelle for volunteering Troy Cavanagh, thank you Deb Taylor for volunteering yourself! Our list of thank yous goes on to thank Angela Herrick who took one for the team because Carl Woodgate was called into work. Thank you to Nicole who volunteered Frank Carnovale to cook on the bbq with David! Thanks to the following girl power chicks for volunteering Leanne Slade, Emma Brown, Kelly Smeath, Sally Boyd and Kim Reading.  A sincere thank you to our Dads who helped us with the bbq getting set up and packed up.

Thank you also to our school council president, Michelle Molinaro, for her help in organising the day and coming along to help out for the afternoon.

Special thank you to Mal Williams for getting the bbq out and putting it away again.  Thank you Jenny Hammond and Judith Walsh for helping with the admin stuff.

It was a huge day, however as a team we made such a difference to helping our College both by raising funds and also by promoting our College to the local community On top of the great day we had, over $1400 was raised for the college.

Woolworths Earn & Learn

Woolworths Earn & Learn is on again and Greensborough College is joining in!

For those parents who aren't aware of the program, if you shop at Woolworths between 1st of May and the 25th of June you can earn stickers.

Help us to collect as many stickers as possible which we'll be able to swap for new school equipment; things like art and craft supplies, sports gear, teaching aids and more.

When you or your family shop at Woolworths, please collect the stickers and drop them in to the Greensborough College Box at St Helena or Greensborough Woolworths or place them in the box at the Office.

Thank you for your support!
