Wellbeing Day  Monday 9 December 

Wellbeing Day at Koonung is fast approaching! Last year’s half day focus on Wellbeing was such a success that this year we decided to make a whole day of it!

The day will commence with a Middle Years assembly and from there the students will break off into their class groups and rotate through a variety of engaging activities and stations that focus on Wellbeing. These include Art Therapy, a Personal Strengths workshop, a Positive Relationships workshop and Team Building games. Lunchtime will allow for the students to participate in a Yoga class instructed by our very own fitness guru Sharyn Paspa, as well as mini tennis in the Hall. A student band will be rocking the Middle Years stage, alongside Whitehorse Youth Connexions and Headspace information stalls.
