Classroom News - Year 4

Here we are in Week 8 and tThe children are working well and enjoying the units on which we are focusing. The exciting news for this week has been Mufti day celebrations for St Patrick's day. The children looked very green and full of cheer!

Thank you for your support with the Talk Homework. The children are very keen to share their topic and the conversations are certainly benefiting their writing. This is an ideal opportunity to be a part of your child's learning. We appreciate your support with this. Remember, it can happen in the car on the way home, over the dinner table or, ideally for 5 - 10 minutes of 'chatting-time'.

Year 4 would like to congratulate Mahli Raggett-Skinner for her generous participation in the Leukaemia Foundation's World Greatest Shave. Mahli was raising money by having her hair shaved and shows a great example of thinking of others and trying to make a difference. Well done, Mahli.
