Curious Minds

Well done to Michelle of 10G1 who participated in the Curious Minds program this year aimed at highly capable girls in Years 9 and 10 who have an interest in STEM learning areas.

This is a six-month program that combines two residential camps and a coaching program. The camps will enable the girls to explore all aspects of science, technology, engineering and Maths through guest lectures, interactive sessions, practicals and field trips.

Michelle reflected that.....

“The Curious Minds program provided a new experience and another perspective about what STEM could be. There were many workshops that allowed us to have fun while educating us about important aspects of each area. However, there were also difficult olympiad questions to challenge our knowledge. The Curious Minds program allowed me to learn more about career paths in STEM and made me more eager to learn more about that area.”
