Pathways to Progress Information Night

A reminder to all families of students in Years 9 and 10 that Pathways to Progress will take place tonight.  Families are required to attend the information session, starting at 6.30, before seeing teachers to discuss individual subjects.

End of Term 2

As the end of term approaches, I would like to wish all of our families a restful two weeks off.  Holiday homework will be set for our senior students.  It is important that a portion of the break is dedicated to completing these tasks, so that students are not behind upon their return in Term 3.

For our Year 12 students, this requirement is even more important, as Term 3 is effectively their last term of school.

For any of our families travelling over the next two weeks, we wish you a safe and enjoyable journey.

Year 10s complete Pre-Driver Education

Today was the final day of Pre-Driver Education for our Year 10 students.  From all reports, they learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Year 11 excursion to Bendigo

On Monday, the Year 11 students travelled to Bendigo to tour either the La Trobe or Bendigo TAFE campuses.  We hope that students got a taste for some of their post-school options.

Tertiary open days these holidays

Year 11 and 12 students in particular are reminded to check the careers newsletter sent out by MIPs coordinator, Sue Clay for an updated list of upcoming tertiary open days.
