Minutes from Tuesday's meeting  20/06/2023

Thank you everyone for helping out with PJ Day - especially with making the pancakes. 

Year 11 Study Room - SLC Members need to discuss the plans with Rohan on a Thursday morning - the main idea to renovate has been approved. 

Need to discuss Year 12 Study Room too - can this be renovated / re-vamped too? Make it the same as Year 11 room. 

Windows in Year 11 Study Room - need to add a wall to minimise distractions into the IT area? 

Year 12 Study Room - door needs fixing. 

Next term - wanting to run an inclusion day (week 3 - 4) 

Canteen - can we get some inspiration from other schools - can we make this a space that is more spacious to hangout on rainy days? Canteen needs to become a more warming ‘relaxed space’ so students go here to chill out - instead of using study spaces, where students want to study. 

Year 12’s need to vote on Myalla front and back cover.
