Student reports and assessments from allied health professionals
At MPS, we aim to support the mental health, learning and overall wellbeing of all students and families. Part of this is knowing what assessments and diagnoses your child has received from allied health professionals, and what strategies are recommended to be implemented in the classroom.
If your child has undergone assessment from an allied health professional, we would appreciate a (digital) copy of the report (if you have not already shared it with us).
Please be assured that any report/assessment you share with the school is confidential. Our school will only collect, use, disclose and store student information as stated in the Schools’ Privacy Policy.

Please be assured that any report/assessment you share with the school is treated as highly confidential, and we will only disclose information to relevant staff, or whomever you indicate.
