Wellbeing @ BRPS

Friendship Day - Monday 31st July

As part of our commitment to supporting student wellbeing, we will be celebrating International Friendship Day on Monday 31st July. Friendship Day is celebrated around the world to commemorate the special bond between friends and the strength and power of friendships.

What to wear: free dress with a ‘touch of orange’.

Please bring: A gold coin donation for local charity, Family Life.

Family Life’s work highlights the importance of inclusion, community and care to create stronger families and communities. Black Rock Primary School has a proud history of supporting Family Life for many years.

On Friendship Day, your child/ren will participate in a range of activities where they will learn how to be confident with who they are and learn strategies to initiate, create and maintain good friendships that are caring, empathic and trusting.
