CAMPS, SPORTS AND EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF)

The CSEF is an annual payment to the school to be used towards camps, sports and/or excursion expenses for the benefit of the eligible student.  The payment amount is $225 per year for a secondary school student.  To be eligible you need to be a concession card holder with Centrelink valid on the first day of term one (27 January, 2021).  Please contact the school to obtain a CSEF application form - these need to be returned as soon as possible.

YEAR 7 PARENT EVENING

We invite our Year 7 families to an information evening on Monday, 15th February, 2021, from 6pm to 7.30pm in the school canteen where souvaliki will be provided. This is an informal meeting between families and staff that concludes with a Staff presentation at 7pm in the theatrette. A note will be forwarded to parents and a reply will be required so we can arrange catering - this can be done via Compass.  Please contact Mrs. Kate Archibald, Year 7 Leader, if you have any questions.

PHOTO DAY - Wednesday, 3 February

School photo day is on Wednesday, 3 February, 2021.  Photos can be ordered online prior to photo day via Compass. Students should be in full school uniform on Photo Day. Student ID cards will be generated after this day. These are a very important resource for students as they are required for signing in and out, borrowing resources from the college and printing. Please ensure that your child looks after their student ID card.  Money for printing can be loaded onto these cards at the canteen before school and during break times.

STUDENT COLLECTION (Drop off and pick up)

A reminder to all parents and guardians that students should be dropped off along the front fence in the morning and not in the staff/visitor car park.  If you need to collect your child/ren throughout the day please send them with a note, handed in to Mrs. Hunt in the Sub School Office at the start of the day, so they can sign out at the correct time and you can collect them from front reception.  We avoid calling students over the PA to limit the disruption to classes.

Parents/Visitors to the college must sign in at front reception and are not permitted to be in the yard or college buildings without a staff member.
