FAMILY FINANCE UPDATE

A huge thank you to our families who have supported us with making voluntary curriculum and other contributions.  We have been overwhelmed with your support and will use these funds to enhance the learning environment for your children.

If you paid the Library and/or Building Fund and would like your receipt please let us know and we’ll send it home, this can be claimed as a tax deduction.

If you didn’t pay the voluntary contributions through WINC and would still like the opportunity, a form will go home with Family Statements this week or you can use this form below.

FEEDBACK

We would appreciate your feedback on the WINC process and our movement to Sentral Payments. Although we had an initial glitch, some feedback we’ve had so far is that Sentral Payments is a great, easy way to pay.  We will refine our processes this year to make it even easier for parents.

CHARGES AND FAMILY STATEMENTS

Statements went home early this week. Optional excursions, camps and activities are showing on the statements.  There may be some slight changes to the charges during the year. For charges under $5 we may not ask for payment through Sentral, but they will go on your statement.  Payment then won’t be required to for your child to attend, just the permission through Sentral, and you can pay later when you receive your Statement or we’ll allocate any credits you have on your account.
