Jolly Phonics

The Foundation Students have been loving learning new sounds and letters everyday at school! Here are a few of the things we have been up to these past few weeks!

J is for Jelly! As a class we made jelly to go with the jolly phonics song- 'Jelly and jam, jelly and jam, jiggling on the plate'

We made donkey masks to explore the sound 'ee'! We also made popcorn to explore the sound 'or'.

New furniture 

Last week we received a very special delivery of new furniture for our Foundation students! We are so lucky to have received some new tables and some ottomans to make our classroom look even more fabulous! We are looking forward to receive some new chairs in the next coming weeks!

Harmony Week

This week we have been looking at Harmony Week and understanding that everyone's differences make them special! We made a special display to commemorate such a special day to celebrate!

We will miss you Darcie

Last week we said goodbye and best wishes to our friend Darcie who had her last day with us before her family moves to Harvey Bay! We wish them all the best for the future ahead!
