Sometimes you just have to look outside the box for answers.

Andrew Brady definitely did this in his approach to Mt Eliza and Langwarrin to top up our reserves development side with players that weren't getting a game at these clubs.

Whilst Mt Eliza did not come to the party, Langwarrin did and guys that were not getting a game are now getting a game with Crib. A win/win for everyone.
