The journey to date

U19's, Crib V Seaford Rd 5

This is where it starts

At the start of the year we asked members to be part of the journey. And that is exactly what it is. We know it will take time and our seniors are taking some losses but we are investing heavily in our youth and aim to build the numbers coming into our U19 and U17 respective football and netball programs. It is a journey.

CULTURE/VALUES

We believe we have great coaching staff in both our netball and football programs and we are rock solid on creating a great culture with documented expectations and procedures. The club values centre around respect, family, professionalism, accountability and commitment. Most of our coaching staff come from an educational background and we have a strong and dynamic committee.

CLUB INTEGRATION

We are looking to strengthen ties with our junior feeders, Crib Point Junior Football Club and Balnarring Junior Football Club who we currently have an MOU's in place with. We are also looking to work closely with the other club user groups to possibly establish a Sporting Club user group.
