This week’s fitness challenge is the jumping jacks.

You can enter the challenge as many times as you like in the week and get Mum or Dad to submit your best result to Mrs Hutchinson via email (khutchinson@stlleongatha.catholic.edu.au)

News from last week’s Challenge.   Mrs Gatehouse trying the reverse plank -  It involves lying on her back and pushing against the air.  She was able to hold this for quite sometime!
